Pressure cooked with basis beef and vegetables, this is a tasty and hearty soup that just takes minutes to prepare!

  • 1 pound basis beefiness
  • ii cloves garlic minced
  • 1 onion diced
  • ane tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup celery sliced
  • 1 loving cup carrots sliced
  • 1 big baking murphy peeled and cubed

  • 6 cups beef goop
  • 28 oz diced tomatoes with juices
  • ane tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley and parmesan cheese for garnish optional

  • Plow a 6QT Instant Pot onto saute. Cook beef, onion, and garlic until browned and no pinkish remains. Drain fat if there is more than 1 tablespoon or and so. While beef is browning, gear up vegetables.

Optional:  Add 1 cup of fresh chopped spinach one time the soup has finished cooking. Let rest 3 minutes before serving.
